September 7, 1998 - Phoenix, AZ

Earth, Wind & Fire headlined the "Sweet Sound of Soul" tour that came to Veterans Memorial Coliseum.
Before EWF took the stage embracing "September," the audience jumped on a "Love Train" with the O'Jays and to "Shout" with the Isley Brothers, two classic soul acts that made this a memorable night.
This was a rare show at the fairgrounds Coliseum, as the venue had lost most of its concert business to the new arena downtown, with the State Fair concert series being virtually the only remaining shows there.
