1/5/1985 Dracula, Gammage Center, Arizona State University, Tempe, AZ

January 5, 1985 - Tempe, AZ

The travelling production of Dracula played at Grady Gammage Auditorium.

A beautiful campus landmark at Arizona State University, Gammage Auditorium was one of the last public commissions by architect Frank Lloyd Wright, who died prior to start of construction.

This play was campy and corny, more like an Addams Family rerun, rather than dramatic and scary.

We've seen some terrific stage shows at Gammage including Hamilton, Phantom of the Opera, Les Miserables, Lion King, Jersey Boys and 700 Sundays among others.
